This project combines mindfulness, body awareness, and urban space through guided walks, inspired by my recovery from a marathon injury and the transformative power of paying attention to the body. Participants slow down, wander, and notice their surroundings in a new way, uncovering personal connections and the visible and invisible boundaries within the spaces they explore.




River & State
Performer
River and State is a VR performance commissioned by the ICOA Chamber Orchestra to commemorate the 125th anniversary of DvoÅ™ák’s Symphony No. 9, From the New World. In collaboration with Mia and Rouvelle, this immersive work blends live performance with a dynamic VR environment, exploring the tension between new frontiers and the complexities of technology through iconic New York locations.




The Last Bit

The Last Bit was a collaborative performance with Lindsey Griffith and Evan, exploring the absurdity of everyday frustrations.​ With an original composition by Evan, our personal pet peeves unfolded in larger-than-life fashion. Presented at the Walters Art Museum in Baltimore, MD.

Do It was a series of performances based on the Do It Compendium, exploring the boundaries of interpretation and creativity. Each performance became an exercise in transforming instructional art into personal expression, revealing the spontaneity and reflection inherent in the creative process.




In Light Of
Creator & Performer
In Light Of transforms a simple bedside lamp into a meditation on light’s emotional power. Through minimal gestures of turning the light on and off, the piece explores illumination as a metaphor for clarity, perception, and shifting emotional states.Presented at UC Davis and Towson University.
